Hundreds of children showed up to Town Center of Virginia Beach on Saturday for the annual “Town and Treat” event. Children of all ages dressed up in their finest Halloween attire. We spotted princesses, super heroes, Little Red Riding Hood, a lumberjack, a shark (attack), a unicorn, a doughnut (and a cop – hmm?), and so many more adorable costumes. The children roamed from business to business collecting candy. They enjoyed it almost as much as the businesses enjoyed seeing their smiling faces! Family-friendly games and other fun activities like arts & crafts, balloon art, pumpkin decorating, and more kept the little’s entertained throughout the day. There was even a thrilling circus act at the Fountain Plaza!
This community event has become a fall tradition we look forward to hosting every year. Here’s a sampling of some of our favorite costumes from this year’s Town and Treat.
We’d love to see more snapshots from the day – tag @towncenterofvirginiabeach on Instagram and we’ll share our favs!
Happy Halloween!

And in keeping with this year’s Superhero theme, we spotted several heroes and friends.
